The restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday, offering our signature dining experience with exceptional cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and an elevated atmosphere. Komo Nights takes place exclusively on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, featuring DJs, premium bottle service, and a vibrant late-night experience.

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and for larger groups. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

Do I require a deposit for my reservation?

Standard dining reservations do not require a deposit.

 

A non-refundable JMD $20,000 deposit is required for group reservations of 8 or more guests and will be credited toward your final bill.

 

VIP tables, birthday celebrations, and selected special events may also require a deposit. Deposit amounts vary, and our reservations team will advise you when confirming your booking.

Is there a dress code?

We encourage guests to dress in Elegant Chic attire.

 

Men: A fitted button-down shirt, dark trousers or premium jeans, and loafers or clean leather sneakers.

 

Women: A cocktail dress, stylish matching set, or an elegant evening outfit paired with heels or dressy flats.

 

The following attire is not permitted: Athletic wear, shorts or jean shorts, tank tops or cutoff sleeves, rubber flip-flops or beach sandals, and baseball caps.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes. Komo Mai is an 18+ dining and nightlife destination. All guests must be 18 years of age or older, and children are not permitted.

Is there a minimum spend?

Minimum spends apply to selected VIP tables, birthday packages, and special event reservations.

How long will my reservation be held?

Reservations are held for 15 minutes. Please notify us if you’re running late.

Can I celebrate my birthday at Komo Mai?

Absolutely! We offer curated birthday packages featuring VIP seating, bottle service, dessert presentations, LED screen messages, and more.

Can I bring my own birthday cake?

Yes, with prior approval, a JMD $4,500 cakeage fee applies and includes cake storage (where applicable), presentation, and cake-cutting service by our team.

Do you accommodate large groups?

Yes. We welcome bookings for 8 or more guests for birthdays, corporate dinners, anniversaries, engagements, and other celebrations.

Can I reserve a VIP table?

Yes. VIP tables are available by reservation and may require a minimum spend.

What cuisine do you serve?

Contemporary International Fusion inspired cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, premium wines, and an extensive selection of premium spirits.

Do you offer vegetarian or dietary-friendly options?

Yes. Vegetarian options are available, and we are happy to accommodate dietary requirements whenever possible.

Is bottle service available?

Yes. Premium bottle service is available during Komo Nights and at selected VIP tables.

Can I host a private event?

Yes. We offer private and semi-private event spaces for birthdays, corporate functions, product launches, engagement parties, anniversaries, and other special occasions.

Is parking available?

Yes. Secure parking is available within the designated parking areas adjacent to the restaurant. Our team will be happy to direct you upon arrival.

Can I smoke inside?

No. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the venue.

Can I take photos?

Personal photography is welcome. Commercial photography, professional photoshoots, and filming is not permitted.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept both cash and all major credit and debit cards.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask that any cancellations or reservation changes be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations received within 48 hours, no-shows, or significant reductions in party size may result in the forfeiture of any applicable deposit or prepayment. Certain experiences and special event reservations may be subject to separate booking terms.

House Policies

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of approved birthday cakes, which are subject to a JMD $4,500 cakeage fee.

• Guests are expected to treat our team, fellow guests, and the venue with respect at all times.

• Excessive intoxication or disorderly conduct may result in removal from the venue without refund.

• Table assignments are based on availability and at management’s discretion.

• Reservations may be cancelled if guests arrive significantly after the reservation hold period without prior notice.

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service.
